We are pleased to showcase our new video, filmed at our Head Office, in West Yorkshire. The video takes you on a tour and gives an insight into the day-to-day life at Dugdale Ltd, showcasing our PVC-based expertise, versatile manufacturing and state-of-the-art production facilities.
A new laboratory and pilot scale production line has recently been commissioned as part of a £3 million investment, undertaken since the company’s 2014 MBO. Other investments include new silos, additional mixing and compounding equipment, new warehousing, electronic inventory management systems and efficiency improvements in the Sowerby Bridge factory infrastructure.
Current levels of customer demand sees Dugdale currently formulating over 50 new PVC compounds per month. Colour matching, legislative changes and a need for new PVC formulations are the predominant drivers. Further reasons include enhanced weathering, an up lift in physical properties, and surface finish modification.
