Paul Abraham – Production Manager
Dugdale’s Paul Abraham has a wealth of polymer production management experience behind him, bringing depth and experience to the running of the Sowerby Bridge plant.
Paul’s breadth of industrial experience – in packaging, automotive and other manufacturing sectors – gives him valuable background and contextual skills in helping make Dugdale product exactly fit-for-purpose.
The Dugdale production work is varied and detailed, involving adherence to company policies and production programmes; management and recruitment of the production workforce and identifying and implementing improvement and efficiency programmes.
Paul notes that ‘our ‘bottom line’ in production is supplying our Dugdale customers on time and in full (OTIF)’.
