PVC Film Extrusion

Dugdale’s range of PVC extrusion compounds covers profile extrusions, hollow extrusions and film / sheet extrusions as well.

PVC film or sheet extrusion is used to produce plastic sheets or films that are too thick to be blown. The material is heated and then extruded through a slit die before being cooled by being pulled through a set of cooling rolls creating the film extrusion.

Below you can find details of our standard PVC film or sheet extrusion compounds range for:

  • Clear extrusion
  • White extrusion
  • Tinted or coloured extrusion

If you do not find something suitable for your specific needs from our range we are very experienced in producing custom PVC compounds to meet your technical or aesthetic requirements. You can also see more information about Dugdale’s experience with co-extrusions, profile or hollow extrusions on our extrusions page.

Should you like to talk through your PVC film extrusion, profile or hollow extrusions requirements with one of our expert team we would be more than happy to help.  Just give the team a call and we can talk you through the tinted or coloured, white extrusion, or clear extrusion compounds that we have in our standard range as well as discuss any customisation you may be seeking.
